RKM Insurance & Risk Solutions is a member of the National Insurance Brokers Association of Australia (NIBA). NIBA is a professional organisation established to advance the role of insurance brokers within the community and the insurance industry.
As a NIBA member, RKM Insurance & Risk Solutions belongs to an independent external complaints facility – Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) which designed to handle complaints and help resolve problems between insurance brokers and other financial services providers and their clients. AFCA provides support to help resolve problems quickly and efficiently, without having to resort to costly litigation.
